It does depend on exactly where your music song is hosted.
Autoplaying is extremely tricky for that reason.
If you post your embed code for the song
%26lt;embed src=... %26lt;/embed%26gt;
that one in your profile, then we can say for sure what you need to do.
Do try unchecking the disable my player from automatically starting tickbox first, of course if it is checked.

goto to ur account settings and then music settings. uncheck the box that says - Disable My Player from Automatically Starting.
