u can always try typing in the name of the song instead of the name of the people who sing it.
i try that all the time and sometimes i find it.
but it doesnt always happen.
but chances are.. it could help.

look up in a search engine, free song codes for myspace and check each website for the song your looking for, once you find it copy and paste the code in and section of your profile on the update area and save it and it will be on your page.
