How do I put a song from my pc to my myspace without getting it stuck in the middle of the song ?

I've got two problems here :

- i dont know how to put a song in my myspace - the song is in my documents file in the pc [i tried to paste the url but that doesn't seem to work]

-second of all, IF i finally know a way to put a song in my myspace, what should i do to keeping it from keep stucking in the middle of the song ?

go to an uploading site like fileden.com free to register then you upload it and highlight then copy get the link to the song and use a background music link (if thats what you want to use on your myspace page). Highlight and copy and paste into your edit profile section and it should play. If you decide to use background music, it wont get stuck in the middle.
