Wave pad is a free downloaded program. Try www.tucows.com or download.com. Open the file, either from a CD or your hard drive, then save as.....On the bottom of the save menu, you can chose what type of file. Then MP3. There will be many different bit rates. I find 192 is a good sounding bit rate. Good luck!

if they are in your computer already,they may be on mp3 format already,if you have it on aaudio cd ,use windows media player,and just click rip,and it would take lrss than 5 minutes to convert it to mp3
