Unfortunately you cannot change the color of the music player in your profile, although, there are some profile sites that give you HTML codes to actually hide the player. also there are some sites where you can encode other players to you profile from an outside source, yet the downside is that after awhile most of these links fail to work or do not play. the best bet to find these are just to google "myspace profile editors" and just check until you come across a site you like.
