Create an account at www.fileden.com and upload your music. You'll be shown a page with a code for the file you uploaded.

Then go to www.myflashfetish.com, pick out an mp3 player and enter the code for your song where it tells you.

When this is done, you'll receive a final code which you insert into your profile.
